2nd week in Heidelberg

Hello dearies,

my last week went by in a flash. It was the first week I had school for 4 days and the real thing started. Monday was the hardest day cause we had school from 8 am to 6 pm but since we had the last 3 hours japanese lessons it was a lot of fun. Luckily on tuesday I only had 3 lessons at noon so I could relax. I also like to cook for myself almost everyday, especially japanese is one of my faves and this week I made soba with mentsuyu sauce and tempura. Yummy!
Since the kitchen was full of steam from frieing, guess I won't do this that often but it was worth the effort.

Now let's switch fast forward to the best of the week - the weekend.
This time I had a lot of visitors (yeey it's so great to have my own apartment). On friday I went out with my friend Hanna from school for a drink in Skylounge. The lounge is on the top floor and the view there is really gorgeous cause you can see almost all of Heidelberg! Of course the cocktails are great, too.
After we finished our drinks, Hanna had to leave to catch her train while I on to the next party with another two friends. All in all I had only 2 hours of sleep that night and was nearly dieing on saturday but I wasn't even able to relax. In the Evening was the Nickelback concert in Frankfurt. It was soooo~ FUCKIN' AWESOME! The best ever!!!
Daughtry was the opening band
Nickelback <3 <3 <3

Actually I'd like one more day to relax since my weekend was really amazing but also tiring, though I think my wish won't be granted.

Saturday Night Fever

Hi dearies

it's time for a new entry about my last weekend. Again I went to Stuttgart and again I was with my friend Jana. Here a picture of my outfit - both of us were dressed in black and white.

We went for Sushi at 'Sushi Circle' a really good place for Sushi. Of course I had to choose one of the most expensive plates but it was worth it.
sooo great <3 it was definitely worth the price
After that we visited our favourite lounge '5'. Since I wasn't able to go there on my birthday I decided to enjoy their lovely cocktails next time. I also tried a new cocktail... though it wasn't really my taste but if you don't try you don't know.
At 11pm it was finally time to invade the dancefloor in my fave club 'Village'. To end the night smoothly we went for a final drink at the bar 'Erdgeschoss' and arrived at Jana's home around 4 in the morning. What a great party night even though I was dead tired the whole sunday but it was worth it.
Well, I didn't get much sleep and woke up at 10 since it was too bright in the room without shutters.

For lunch I made some tasty Gyudon or at least I gave my best to make it tasty but I wasn't used to Janas mini-kitchen and old fashioned stove but in the end it turned out alright.

So, that was me weekend.

My love for Mexican food

Hello dearies,

I think this blog will turn into a guide of good restaurants in Stuttgart cause every weekend I seem to go eat somewhere.

This time we visited a nice mexican restaurant called 'Joe Penas'. I've been there a couple of times and can say that all the food I've been eating so far turned out to be really tasty and the cocktails are pretty good too.

After enjoying our food we ordered some cocktails but since I was the driver I chose something non-alcoholic. First they brought us the wrong order and I got a Strawberry Margarita which I really really love but wasn't allowed to drink - so mean.

Luckily they hadn't forgotten my original order and short while after the wrong one I got my cocktail 'Leo' a mix of orange juice, lemon juice and other things. It was nice and refreshing.

The interesting thing about the tables there is that they have a paper tablecloth there and also some wax colors for drawing... well yeah and that's what we did.

In the end the table looked like a childs painting after the visit at the kindergarten. Whatever, we still had fun doing that and for what else should they put that stuff on the table.

Saturdays Adventure

Hello dearies

yesterday was sooo damn hot I almost couldn't take it and felt like a roasted chicken in the oven. Still it was Saturday and no time for sitting at home no matter how hot it was. I met with my friend Jana in Stuttgart and first we went for some nice cool and super tasty sushi ♡.

 Yep I've been really hungry

After enjoying the awesome meal we went on to my favourite bar. On the way there we also took some nice pictures in the Schlosspark.
The weather was just perfect for a nice summer dress and I tied my hair up to a topknot.

There is no better place in Stuttgart for cocktails than at the bar '5' and we had such a great time enjoying ourselves there. But the later the evening the worse the weather got and a strong storm broke out with lots of thunders and rain that I thought I'd need a boat to get back home.

When we arrived at the station it was a complete chaos, no trains, no underground - everything stopped but the weather didn't cease at all and it was already past midnight.
Luckily I found a group and we got us a taxi to drive home otherwise I would've waited forever in that god damn train with no information about anything. Really, I've never seen such a thunderstorm and even today it still goes on with the thunder and lightning. I wonder when it'll stop...

I love Saturdays ♫♪♡

Hello dearies,

yesterday was soo~ awesome. The weather was splendid like a summer day should be and to enjoy it I went to Stuttgart which is about 40 minutes by train from my town. Well, I wasn't really lucky on the way there. The first problem occured when I wanted to buy my ticket: both ticket machines weren't working at all. Maybe they had a heat stroke? On the train I was nearly dieing cause the air con didn't work and it felt like visiting a sauna since the temperature was 30° degrees outside but luckily there was a nice porter who told us that the air con in the next rail car worked well so I changed my seat. That's what you get when traveling with the DB.

After I arrived sound and safe without any more hindrance, the great part of the evening began. My friend and I ate a huge pizza at a nice small pizzeria and then we went on to 'Sky Beach', which is a fake beach on top of a department store but only with sand, beach loungers and some kind of beds to rest on but without a pool. The sun was already rising and made the atmosphere even more cozy. Here are some pics for you

After a while we decided to switch locations and ended up in a even for Stuttgart quite expensive lounge/bar called '5'. The cocktails there were really really great! So if you ever want to visit Stuttgart, wanna go to a nice place and you have enough money in your pocket you should go there. Actually I like those exquisite places a lot since it provides really good service and fancy, exotic cocktails you don't get at an average bar and that is really nice once in a while.

To complete the evening we got some ice cream at the best store in the city. Soooo~ tasty *yumyum* I had cream caramel. The good thing is they don't use those spoons but some kind of scraper and you get a lot of ice cream like that.
